80,000 square foot addition and 100,000 square foot renovation to an existing skilled nursing facility in Albany, NY.  The mechanical work included a complete replacement of the existing boiler plant, chilled water plant, exhaust systems and supply air systems.  Electric work included replacement of the electrical service, emergency generator, normal and emergency electrical distribution, Fire alarm system, nurse call system, security system, computer network and communications system.  Plumbing work included replacement of plumbing fixtures supply piping, drainage piping hot water supply and treatment systems and fire protection systems.  Detailed phasing was required to maintain the existing facility in operation during the construction of new additions and renovation of the existing spaces.
