Renovation of the seventh floor of the medical center in Albany, NY. The project included the complete gut and renovation of two existing cardiac Cath labs and a prep/recovery area into three Cardiac Cath labs with new bi-plane equipment and control rooms, a procedure room and sterile storage.  The project was completed in two phases and the floor of the remained operational throughout the construction.  Mechanical work included new HVAC distribution with laminar flow diffusers.  Electrical work included essential electric distribution and UPS power for the bi-plane equipment and extension of the existing fire alarm and nurse call systems. Plumbing work included modifications to the existing fire protection, medical gas and water supply and drainage systems
