Saratoga Building Renovations

• Engineered Solutions designed a complete renovation of the 5th floor of the Springs Building.  The Springs Building is one of the towers in the Nursing Home on The Wesley Community's Saratoga Springs Campus.  The project was completed with the building occupied.  The construction documents included a detailed phasing plan.  The renovation included the following work:

  • Replacement of existing HVAC systems​

  • Electric work for renovation of all existing resident rooms

  • Plumbing work for renovation of resident toilet rooms

  • Replacement of electric panels and distribution servicing the floor.  

  • Replacement of the existing fluorescent lighting with LED lighting.  

Main Distribution Switchboard Replacement 

• Engineered Solutions designed the replacement of the existing 277/480V main switchboard for the Wesley Community's nursing home on their Saratoga Springs Campus.  The project was performed with the nursing home fully occupied and required detail drawings and planning.  

Chiller and Cooling Tower Replacement

• Engineered Solutions designed the replacement of the 250 Ton Chiller and Cooling Tower for the Wesley Community's nursing home on their Saratoga Springs Campus.  This project also included the replacement of an obsolete Motor Control Center that served the Nursing Home's main mechanical equipment.  The project is under construction with the building fully occupied.
