Complete renovation of the fifth floor, renovation of the first-floor administration and lobby areas and replacement of the existing elevator.  The mechanical work included replacement of the existing chiller, cooling tower, rebuilding the existing supply air fans, addition of energy recovery equipment, extension of the existing hot and chilled water piping and addition of fan coils in the patient rooms.  Electrical work included the addition of a critical branch transfer switch and replacement of the main switchgear.  The   fifth-floor work included new power distribution, extension of the fire alarm system, nurse call system and LED lighting and network infrastructure.  Plumbing work included new drainage piping, hot and cold water supply piping and fire protection on the fifth floor
